The table I am "entrusting" to you today is, in my humble opinion, nothing but the best, and the most refined, "Italian" of all the Rivera.

With a very cocooning decor, purple velvet (almost) on all the walls, jeweler-style showcases, an "old" earthenware floor, bistro tables and chairs and a superb Berkel slicing machine with the middle of the (small) room, the place represents a gastronomic "curiosity" especially with Laura who imposes his "imprint" on him.
On his advice, I will opt for a plate of antipasti for three. Delectable, generous, and representative of the transalpine know-how. A must go! With a glass of Vino Rossi Nero by Avola Morgante, it borders on perfection!

It is true that the card, totally in Italian, is a little "confusing" but Laura remedies quite quickly, and with a smile, to this "incident" course (very) quickly forgotten. The ravioli (house) stuffed with vegetables, and their tomato sauce, are admirable. Pasta al dente, incomparable freshness and a "magic" twist are the essential "ingredients". The risotto (so much vaunted by the boss) with truffles d'Alba (only when it's season), with its egg-cream sauce and cheese, is succulent but, however, at least invigorating.
Comparatively, fresh pasta, butter and black truffles would be a very light dish, but, not yet, to "compete" with Weight Watchers preparations ...
The selection of sweets makes, we were happy witnesses, in the great culinary art! The strudel (dessert of the day), in the shape of "slipper", is a model of the genre as the (real) pie-mellow chocolate, velvety and seductive desire.

The pannacotta is devilishly creamy and combines wonderfully with the caramel sauce concocted with finesse and accuracy. A glass of Moscato d'Asti Ceretto, a dessert wine, further reveals the subtlety of the dishes.
And then, of course, the inevitable tiramisu, "the" Italian dessert par excellence, the one that can not be ignored. Smooth, yes, it is! Tasteful, definitely! Whenever I would have liked it to be a bit less liquid, but that's a matter of taste! He remains, despite everything, in the leading pack of the best of the Coast.
